Meet Ella
Ella Bishop-Heil is a fine artist, illustrator, and self-taught multidisciplinary visual artist.
Ella is a professional creative with paintings in permanent museum collections. Her award-winning art has been displayed in the Wyoming State Museum and the U.S. Capitol Building.
In addition to the fine arts, Ella is a commercially successful comic artist.
She is the founder of Strange on the Range: Zine, an anthology print magazine that publishes local comic artists and illustrators.
Prior to her full-time arts career, Ella worked in STEM for nearly a decade and earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Wyoming.
Based in Lexington, KY.
